KGK Commercial's primary focus is the representation of commercial real estate owners interested in selling their assets. As a support service to our Seller and Buyer clients, we also provide Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management, and Capital Market services.
Unlike large firms who primarily market only internally, we market directly both to our investor clients and brokers internationally from day one. Our size is our most valuable asset; it allows us to re-write the rules of the CRE industry.
KGK's clients are our business, and as such our goal is always to maximize the interests of our clients, not the shareholders, or some massive overhead machine. We are proud that we represent our clients over and over, which has led to our 24 year history.
A closely held private equity group has recently funded its newest fully discretionary fund, which is actively seeking investment opportunities. V-Prop seeks to purchase, provide equity, co-invest, or recapitalize investments with a strong CRE component.
